Dk ok Terms & Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Policy

By accessing the dk ok platform (dkok.wine), you are deemed to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please refrain from using dk ok.

These Terms and Conditions form a legal agreement between dk ok and its users. dk ok reserves the right to modify these terms at any time at its sole discretion.

Dk ok's Terms and Conditions are officially published in Bengali. In the event of any translation into another language, the Bengali version shall be considered final and binding.

To open an account with dk ok, the following requirements must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful.
• Each person may register only one account.
• A single phone number and email address can only be linked to one account.
• You must not be a resident of any country or region prohibited by dk ok.

Dk ok may request a national ID, passport, or other government-issued document at any time for account verification. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

You are responsible for the security of your own account. Never share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify dk ok immediately.

Dk ok accepts a range of payment methods for deposits, including Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. The following rules apply to all deposits:

Dk ok only accepts deposits made from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third parties will be returned and the account will be subject to verification.

• No processing fees on deposits.
• Your balance is credited instantly once a deposit is successful.
• For failed deposits, funds will be returned in accordance with the payment provider's policy.
• Additional verification may be required for large deposits as part of our anti-money laundering measures.

The following conditions apply when withdrawing funds from dk ok:

• Withdrawals may only be made via the same method used to make the deposit.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳1,00,000.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until account verification is complete.
• Winnings from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements.

Dk ok typically processes withdrawals within 15 minutes to 24 hours. However, for larger amounts, the verification process may take 1–3 business days.

In cases of suspected fraud or suspicious activity, dk ok reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and investigate the account. If the account is cleared, the withdrawal will be released.

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on dk ok:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• The minimum bet amount is ৳200 and the maximum bet is determined by the market.
• If a bet is confirmed before the odds change, it will be settled at the original odds.
• If a match is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
• Dk ok reserves the right to void any bets placed at clearly erroneous odds.

Odds in live betting change rapidly. dk ok offers an "Accept Odds Changes" setting — when enabled, your bet will be automatically confirmed at the updated odds.

For accumulator bets, if one selection is voided, the bet will be recalculated based on the remaining selections. If all selections are voided, the full stake will be refunded.

Dk ok offers a range of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has specific terms detailed on the bonus page. General bonus terms include:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members once only.
• Withdrawals cannot be made until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• Wagering requirements are typically 10–30x the bonus amount.
• If the wagering requirements are not met within 30 days of receiving a bonus, the bonus will expire.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being forfeited.
• Dk ok reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on dk ok:

• Creating or using multiple accounts.
• Creating an account using someone else's identity.

• Placing bets using match fixing or insider information.
• Money laundering or any form of illegal financial transactions.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to dk ok's systems.
• Harassing or attempting to harm other players.

Violations of these prohibitions may result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of balance, and legal action where necessary.

Dk ok may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Extended periods of inactivity (more than 12 months).
• Upon submission of a self-exclusion request.
• If suspicious activity is detected.

Users may also close their account at any time by contacting dk ok customer support. Please withdraw any verified balance before closing your account.

Inactive accounts may be charged a maintenance fee of up to ৳50 per month if a balance exists, and the account will be automatically closed once the balance reaches zero.

Dk ok never sells your personal data. Information is only shared with third parties when required by law or necessary for payment processing — your consent is obtained in all other cases.

• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers.
• Temporary service interruptions due to unexpected technical issues.
• Account losses resulting from the user's own negligence.

Dk ok is committed to maintaining high service quality, though 100% uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed. Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary downtime, and advance notice will be provided.

Continuing to use dk ok after any changes have taken effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please close your account and withdraw your balance.
